| 摘 要： | 绩效评价是高校财务管理中的重要环节,将企业管理中常用的绩效评价工具"平衡计分卡"引入高校财务绩效评价体系,从顾客、财务、内部流程、学习与成长四个维度设计高校财务绩效评价指标体系,改进高校财务绩效管理评价体系,实现高校财务管理机制创新。
