标准化造价在油气田地面建设工程中的应用

随着油田工程建设的不断发展,传统的工程造价方式已经不符合油田建设工程的发展状况。这对油田造价方式的合理运用提出了新的要求。新的模式——标准化造价在这种形势下应运而生,其在整体的资金投入安排中,完善了以前以工程概算为基础的造价方式的不足,并且在一定程度上节约了成本。目前,其在我国的部分油田工程建设中发挥了重要的作用,并已经取得了一定的成效。本文描述了标准化造价在油田建设工程中的具体运用。

Application of Standardized Cost in Surface Construction of Oil and Gas Field

With the continuous development of oilfield construction engineering,the traditional way of project cost is not suitable for the development of the oilfield construction engineering.It puts forward new requirements for the reasonable utilization of oilfield cost way.Under the situation,the new model-standardization cost arises.In the process of funding and capital arrangement,it covers the shortage of old cost pricing method based on engineering budget,and to a certain extent,save the cost.At present,it has achieved the positive result in the engineering construction of part of the oil field in our country.This paper describes the specific application of standardized project cost in oilfield construction engineering.
