铁路危险货物运输安全的相关问题研究

本文针对铁路危险货物运输特点和安全现状,从管理制度人、环境、设备三方面深入地分析了影响铁路危险货物运输安全相关问题。我国铁路危险货物运输中存在的违章作业、危险货物包装失效和企业自备罐车老化等安全隐患并总结出提高其安全运输水平的对策,对实际工作具有一定的参考价值。

The Study on Related Safety Problems of Railway Dangerous Goods Transport

In view of the railway dangerous goods transport characteristics and safety situation,this article analyzed the problems related to the railway transport safety of dangerous goods from management system,environment,equipment three aspects.In China’s railway transport of dangerous goods,it exists work against the rule,dangerous goods packaging failure and enterprise tanker aging security hidden danger and other problems.This paper summarized countermeasures to improve the safety transportation level,which has certain reference value for actual work.
