| 摘 要： | 作为农业保护无法替代且效果显著的政策工具之一,农业补贴逐渐成为一个极富学术价值和现实意义的研究热点。本文从理论研究与经验分析两方面,系统地梳理了农业补贴的理论依据与经济效应、农业支持水平的测算、农业补贴制度的演变、我国农业补贴制度存在的主要问题及其改进、农业补贴制度的国际比较与经验借鉴、农业补贴的政策效果评估及其效率的测度等国内研究的最新进展。本文尝试从中归纳国内农业补贴制度研究的特点与趋势,藉此为今后研究提供方向性的理论指导和经验参考。
