| 摘 要： | 林权流转在各地早已存在,但由于制度建设和操作规范等原因,仍存在许多亟待规范完善的方面。本研究从建阳市林权流转管理的发展现状入手,分析了林权流转过程中存在的主要问题,并立足于完善林权流转管理的制度体系,提出了进一步规范林权流转的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Forestry-property-rights circulation has existed in various places long time ago.However,there are still many aspects which need to improve due to system construction and operating standards and other reasons.This paper analyzes the main problems in the process of forestry-property-rights circulation through the current situation and development of Jianyang forestry-property-rights circulation management,then proposes countermeasures to regulating the forestry-property-rights transfer based on improving management system. |
