浅议区域发展中非政府组织的作为

近年来随着社会体制改革,政府逐渐从日常的执行事务中抽身出来,并试图营造"小政府、大社会"的政府治理模式。这样就需要有一个不以盈利为目的的,致力于解决各种社会问题的组织,来弥补政府和企业都不愿涉足或处理不好的领域的治理空白。非政府组织正是在这种背景下发展起来,并逐渐成为区域发展中的不可忽视的力量,推动着区域发展。

Under this conditions non-governmental organizations have grown into a force that should not be ignored in regional development.
