十二五时期城商行发展模式转型路径研究

“十一五”时期，伴随我国经济高速增长，城商行发展步入了跨越式轨道，实现了规模、质量和效率的同步增长，与此同时也暴露了其发展模式面临的弊端。本文客观分析“十一五”时期我国城商行发展取得的成绩，在此基础上剖析了面临发展模式粗放的主要问题，并结合“十二五”期间我国加快经济发展方式转变和经济结构调整将带来的经济经营环境变化，提出了未来城商行发展模式转型的路径。
