| 摘 要： | 由于特定的社会条件和历史原因，我国城乡二元结构不但未消除，反而具有强化的趋势。北方沿海大城市作为我国经济发展的重心所在。也面临着同样的问题。在探讨北方沿海大城市城乡统筹发展机制的基础上，针对大连市北三市经济发展状况及存在的主要问题。提出了大连市城乡统筹发展的相应对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Dual-structure not only is not eliminated, but also is strengthened in our country because of a certain of social condition and historical reason .The northern coastal cities also meet the same problem as the center of gravity of our country. On the base of probing into the mechanism of harmonizing the city and the country of the northern coastal city, we put forward some advice aiming at the economic status and the main problems of Dalian City. |
