陕西企业信用体系建设的对策研究

我国改革开放20多年,市场体系逐步建立,信用交易规模越来越大,但是与信用交易相适应的企业信用体系却没有建立。随着经济体制改革的深入,信用恶化问题日益突出。目前,陕西省正处于经济快速发展的时期,社会信用的缺乏和薄弱,已经成为陕西经济进一步发展的瓶颈之一,社会信用体系的建立与完善就显得十分重要。本文从企业信用的经济理论分析入手,对陕西企业信用体系建设现状进行实证研究,并结合陕西实际提出加快陕西企业信用体系建设的战略对策。

Countermeasures of Shaanxi Enterprise's Credit System Construction

After more than 20 years of reform and opening,a market system has been established gradually with the increasing scale of credit transactions.But the credit system with the line of credit transactions has not yet been established.The worsening of creditability is increasingly outstanding along with reform.Shaanxi province is in a period of rapid economic development,with the lack of social credit,which has become the bottleneck of the further development of the economy.So it is very important to develop a perfect social credit system.The paper starts with the economic theory of corporate credit,demonstrates with the credit system construction of the Shaanxi enterprises and finally suggests construction strategies to speed up the actual credit system with the help of domestic and international experiences.
