| 摘 要： | 在全球化和竞争日益激烈的社会里,企业为了专注于核心竞争力的需要,把物流外包给第三方物流公司。物流外包给企业带来了巨大的竞争优势,但也给企业带来新的风险,这种物流外包风险有其内在的必然性,是信息不对称条件下的委托-代理风险,采取有效措施减少物流外包风险对企业发展有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In an increasingly competitive society under globalization,enterprises are choosing outsourcing logistics to specialized Third-party logistics company to improve their core competitive power.It brings enterprises about enormous competitive advantages,while new risks,too.These risks are inevitable and a kind of Principal-Agent risk based on the asymmetric information.So,it is necessary to take some effective measures to reduce them. |
