黑龙江省农机合作社农业技术推广研究

近年来,我国对农业生产高度重视,主张用现代化的技术发展农业。在党中央的号召下,黑龙江省农机合作社农业技术推广取得了一定的成就,使农产品进行了规范化的生产,提高了农产品面向市场的竞争力。但农业技术在推广过程中还存在高素质农业推广人才难以引进,农业技术推广经费不足,农技推广机构、高校未能同农机合作社建立稳定合作关系;农业技术推广内容、形式不够丰富等问题。有效完善黑龙江省农机合作社农业技术推广,相关部门应加快建立高素质的推广队伍,确保农业技术推广的服务经费,创新推广形式,以促进农业快速发展。

Agricultural Technology Promotion by Agricultural Machinery Cooperative in Heilongjiang Province

Over the past few years, China has paid high attention to agriculture production and encouraged the use of up to date techniques in developing agriculture. In responding to the call of the Party Central Committee, Heilongjiang province has reached achievements in terms of standard agricultural production and higher market competitiveness in promoting agricultural technology through agricultural machinery cooperatives. However, in the promotion process, it is difficult to bring in talents for agricultural extension with high professional skills. The technology promotion budget is insufficient. There is a need of stable cooperation between agricultural machinery promotion agencies, higher educational institutions and agricultural machinery cooperatives. In addition, the promotion content and form of agricultural technology is not rich enough. To facilitate the rapid growth of agriculture, relative departments should speed up to build a talent pool, ensure the supply of service expenditure with and bring forth new ideas for the promotion.
