| 摘 要： | 现代大型工程项目投标中出现了很多联合体投标的形式，在进行联合体投标时伙伴选择是一个重要的决策问题。针对联合体投标伙伴过程中决策因素多、信息量大等问题，应用灰色系统理论进行分析和确定，建立了数学模型，为决策提供了一个可行方便的决策方法。

| Abstract: | More and more joint venture appears in tendering for modern large-scale projects. The partner-selection of joint venture is an important decision problem. Aiming at such questions that there are many uncertain factors and information when select partners, this paper applied the grey systematic theory to analyze and confirm. A mathematics model was set up to offer a feasible and convenient decision method for decision maker. |
