| 摘 要： | 本文根据地质灾害系统的基本特征，运用系统工程理论及层次分析方法对灾害灾情进行评估。以灾强指数、人口损失频密指数和直接经济损失频密指数为基础进而确定综合灾度值。对地质灾害直接经济损失评估的一般工作方法和步骤进行介绍，并对减灾工作提出几点建议。 |

| Abstract: | According to the basic characteristics of the system of the geological disasters and applying the theory of systematic project and the method of the analysis of the administrative level, the article gives evaluation of the disastrous situations. The value of the comprehensive disastrous degree is defined on the basis of the index of disastrous stregth,the index of the density of POpulation lose and the index of the density of the direct economic loses,The general working method and steps are introduced about the evaluation of the direct economic loses caused by the geological disasters. And some suggestions are put forward about the work of disaster reduction. |
