金融违规与金融监管的静态均衡分析

本文通过对金融监管部门和金融市场参与者的静态均衡分析,针对当前我国金融机构违规现象滋生,而金融监管部门监管不力,金融监管机制缺乏效率等问题提出了强化金融监管的处罚力度;降低监管成本,提高监管效率;建立完善的监管者激励机制;对监管者实行监督等措施。

Financial law breaking and financial supervision's stationary balanced analysis

At present, the phenomenon that our country's financial institutions are against regulations is prevalent, but the regulators don't exert themselves, the financial supervision mechanism is lack of efficiency. So, this paper analyses the static equilibrium of the financial supervisory institutions and the participator of financial market. The result suggests that the supervisor should aggravate the punishment, cut down the supervisory cost and improve the supervisory efficiency; they also should establish a perfect mechanism to encourage the regulator, and supervise the regulator and so on.
