| 摘 要： | 通过对中国国有经济的市场结构的分析,说明了其不同于传统经济学论述的市场结构特点并进行了重新分类。既定市场结构条件下,国有经济的退出壁垒是不同的,根据退出壁垒的特点国有经济的退出应该采取不同的方式,本文最后分析了国有经济的退出路径选择。
