树立先进教学理念，不断提高教学质量

教学是学校教育工作的中心，教学理念是学校教学工作的灵魂。为保障我国高等教育大众化的健康发展，高校教师应树立先进的教学理念。着力提高教学质量。本文提出高校教师应树立以下教学理念：教书育人是教师神圣的使命和职责；应坚持以教师为主导，以学生为主体；不但应重视教法，更应重视学法；合理有效地运用多媒体教学手段进行教学。

Establishing advanced teaching concepts and constantly improving the quality of teaching

Teaching is central to the work of school education, teaching concepts is the soul of the work of school teaching. To protect the healthy development of China＇s higher education, college teachers should establish advanced teaching concepts, and strive to improve teaching quality. In this paper, college teachers should establish teaching concepts as following： teaching and educating are mission and responsibilities of teachers; adhere to the teacher-led, student-centered; not only should pay attention to teachings, but also should pay attention to the study of law; rational and effective use of multimedia teaching methods for teaching.
