| 摘 要： | 构建创业团队行业经验异质性影响创业企业成长绩效的概念模型，将创业团队治理模式（契约治理和关系治理）作为中介变量、创业项目创新性作为调节变量，通过对206家中国创业企业的实证检验，结果发现：契约治理和关系治理均中介了行业经验异质性对创业企业成长绩效的积极作用；创业项目创新性削弱了契约治理对创业成长绩效的正向作用，却增强了关系治理对创业成长绩效的正向作用。该结论不仅在理论上丰富了创业团队异质性和团队治理模式研究，也对创业企业实践具有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | This paper establishes a conceptual model of the influence of industrial experience heterogeneity on venture growth performance, with entrepreneurial team governance mechanism (contract governance and relational governance) as mediator and entrepreneurial project innovativeness as moderator. The empirical results from 206 Chinese start-ups show that both contract governance and relational governance may mediate the positive influence of industrial experience heterogeneity on venture growth performance. Entrepreneurial project innovativeness weakens the positive effects of contract governance on venture growth performance while strengthens the positive roles of relational governance on venture growth performance. |
