摘    要:高职院校青年教师教学竞赛已经成为各高职院校加强师资培养,促进先进教学方法、教学手段的交流与应用,提高教学水平的有效途径及重要平台。教学竞赛的目的是服务课堂教学。如何将教学竞赛产生的成果有效应用于课堂教学成为一个新的问题。高职院校工会组织利用其组织优势,可以有效地推动教学竞赛成果的转化,真正实现为教而赛,因赛而优。

Abstract:The teaching competition of young teachers in higher vocational colleges has become an effective way and an important platform for various higher vocational colleges to strengthen the cultivation of teachers,promote the exchange and application of advanced teaching methods and teaching means,and improve the teaching level.The purpose of teaching competition is to serve the classroom teaching.How to effectively apply the achievements produced in teaching competition to classroom teaching has become a new problem.By using its organizational advantages,trade union organizations in higher vocational colleges can effectively promote the transformation of teaching competition achievements,and truly realize the competition for teaching and excellence through competition.
