京津冀矿业人才信息与企业技术需求交流平台构想

论文提出建设网络化的人才与企业间交流平台的构想。平台收集京津冀三地矿业人才信息、矿业企业基本信息、企业技术需求信息,建立人才与企业技术信息数据库,同时,加入在线互动交流模块,以技术流动代替人员流动,方便人才与企业间的互动交流和信息反馈,推动该平台的建设。

The Conception of the Exchange Platform Between the Information of Mining Talents and the Technical Demand of Enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

This paper puts forward the conception of constructing a networked exchange platform between talents and enterprises.The platform collects the information of mining talents,basic information of mining enterprises and information of enterprises'technical demand in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,establishes the database of information of talents and technical information of enterprises,and at the same time,adds the online interactive exchange module to replace the flow of personnel with the flow of technology,which facilitates the interactive exchange and information feedback between talents and enterprises,and promotes the construction of the platform.
