浅谈企业资产管理存在的问题及解决对策

资产作为企业生存的关键资源,对于企业生存发展具有重要意义。而企业资产管理就是在把握企业规模和资产特点的基础上,对企业资产进行有效配置与管理,从而保持企业的正常运转。基于此,论文主要分析企业资产管理中存在的不良问题,并提出相关解决措施。

The Problems and Solutions of Enterprise Assets Management

As the key resource of enterprise survival,the assets is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprise.On the basis of grasping the scale and characteristics of the enterprise,the enterprise asset management is to allocate and manage the enterprise assets effectively,so as to maintain the normal operation of the enterprise.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the defects of enterprise assets management,and puts forward some relevant solutions.
