| 摘 要： | 电力行业和人们生活密切相关。随着我国经济发展越来越快,人们在电力方面的需求逐渐增多,并且对质量方面的要求也变多。因此,在电力企业当中进行业扩报装精细化管理已经迫在眉睫。论文从健全管理标准、科学制定考核制度、精细化管理各个环节、充分满足社会以及用户基本需求等方面深入探讨了电力业扩报装流程的精细化管理。

| Abstract: | Electric power industry is closely related to people's life.With the rapid development of China's economy,people's demand for electricity is gradually increasing,and there are more requirements for quality.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the fine management of expansion and installation in power enterprises.This paper discusses the fine management of the expansion and installation process of the power industry from the aspects of perfecting the management standard,making scientific assessment system,fine management of each link,and fully meeting the basic needs of the society and users. |
