浅谈新乡贤助力乡村道德建设研究

随着城市的发展,乡村人口大规模向城市流动,城市人口却很少回归乡村,乡村被逐渐边缘化,导致田地无人种植变得荒芜,乡村人口减少并出现老年村、空心村。乡村青年、精英人士缺失,思想教育层面出现断层,导致乡村思想道德建设十分困难。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央多次提出“加强农村思想道德建设”的总体要求,虽然通过各基层党组织的严抓落实,乡村人员思想道德建水平得到一定程度的提升,但由于主体缺位、动力缺乏等原因,乡村思想道德建设的进度比较缓慢。

Discussion on the Research of New Rural Elites Helping the Rural Moral Construction

With the development of the city,the rural population flows to the city on a large scale,but the city population seldom returns to the rural area,and the rural area is gradually marginalized,which leads to the fields become barren without cultivation,and the rural population decreases and the old rural area and hollow rural area appear.The lack of young people and elites in rural area and the fault of ideological education make the rural ideological and moral construction very difficult.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core has repeatedly put forward the general requirement of"strengthening rural ideological and moral construction".Although the level of ideological and moral construction of rural people has been improved to a certain extent through the strict implementation of the grass-roots Party organizations,due to the lack of main body and lack of motivation,the progress of rural ideological and moral construction is relatively slow.
