| 摘 要： | 非税收入是政府财政收入的重要组成部分,但长期以来,我国非税收入管理没有得到足够的重视,存在着许多许多问题,必须采取措施加强对非税收入的管理.本文指出了我国非税收入管理中存在的问题,提出了加强非税收入管理的对策.

| Abstract: | The revenue of non-tax is an important part of fiscal revenue, but our country has not put enough emphasis on it. We should take measures to intensify the management along with the perfecting of public finance. This paper points out the existing problems in the management of non-tax revenue and suggests some countermeasures to solve these problems. |
