| Abstract: | At present,there are some problems in insurance company’s enterprise culture construction such as the absence of leadership emphasis,deficiency for management training,insufficiency of staff participation,short of building atmosphere and so on.Suggestions for the construction of insurance company’s enterprise culture are put forward in this paper from 4 aspect. |
