中国保险业个人营销模式创新

摘    要:个人营销模式是中国保险业主要业务模式,其在促进中国保险业发展的同时,也出现了角色定位不准、培训成本高等种种问题。应建立代理——收展混合制的个人营销模式,发展保险公司控股的专业性保险代理公司,强化行业监管促进中国保险业的健康发展。

Abstract:The individual marketing pattern is the main pattern of China's insurance.The sale model promotes China's insurance business development,while also appeared all sorts of questions,such as role localization inaccarate.So we should set up the agency individual marketing pattern,develop the professional insurance agent company holded by the insurance company,strengthen the professional supervision to promote China's insurance developing healthily.
