发展乡村旅游促进新农村建设

发展乡村旅游是建设社会主义新农村的重要手段,有助于实现“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主“的新农村目标,对农村产业结构调整、促进剩余劳动力的转移、增加农民收入、加强农村基础设施建设、丰富旅游地的文化内涵、保护农村旅游环境以及促进农村社区的民主管理,维护农村社会经济可持续发展具有重要意义.
