| 摘 要： | 工程施工项目的招投标工作在全国已经全面展开，但至今高等学校工程施工项目的招投标还没有统一的规章制度，本重点论述了高等学校工程施工项目招投标工作的原则、方式、条件、方法、程序以及招投标工作存在的问题，期望能够提高和完善高等学校工程施工项目的招投标工作。
