| 摘 要： | 伴随全球经济的发展，跨国经营企业对外派人员的需求量日渐增加，选择合适的外派人员已成为决定跨国经营成败的关键影响因素。为此，跨国经营企业外派人员的甄选要从具体需求出发，分析外派人员的外派模式和来源，从而制定出外派人员甄选的标准，并提出相应的甄选方法、选择方案、应注意的问题以及自己的学术主张，以期能为跨国经营企业外派人员的选择提供有益的参考。
