| Abstract: | With the gradual deepening of system reform in the power industry,improving the performance management level of hydropower companies is important.Therefore,based on C Hydropower Development Company case and through using analysis of the current status of its performance management,the paper explained the details of the whole process of construction of the company＇s balanced scorecard performance management system in order to provide reference for the use of balanced scorecard for hydropower companies. |
