房地产企业的客户服务研究

摘    要:通过从房地产产品的特性出发,分析了房地产产品客户服务的特点,阐述了房地产企业客户服务的必要性,提出高度重视房地产客户服务的意义,有助于提升企业核心竞争力、有利于塑造和完善房地产企业品牌、有助于促进本项目及后续项目的销售、为后续的项目开发提供指导以及有利于房地产企业的危机处理,通过建立优秀的客户服务团队使客户享受到良好的客户服务,提升客户对房地产企业的满意度和忠诚度,在增加房地产企业的效益的同时不断提高房地产企业品牌效益。

Abstract:From the characteristics of the real estate products, the article analyzes the characteristics of real estate products customer service, ex-plains the necessities of the Real Estate Enterprises customer service, and puts forward a high degree of attention to the significance of the real es-tate customer service. All this will help enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, help to shape and improve the real estate brand, promote the sale of this project and follow--up projects, and provide guidance for follow-up projects development, as well as help to manage the real estate business crisis. The establishment of excellent customer service team will enable customers to enjoy the good customer service, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty to the real estate companies, increase the effectiveness of the real estate companies, while constantly improving the brand benefit.
