The Process and Mechanism of the Effect of Cultural Capital on Enterprise Development

In knowledge economy, cultural capital, consisting of enterprise cultural factors, ensures sustainable development of the enterprise. The paper analyzes the theoretical and practical significances of enterprise cultural capital. By applying systematic theory, from the internal and external cultural factors, it discusses the process and mechanism of such enterprise capital factors as system culture, innovative spirit, inter-person trust, and ecological ethics.
