进口贸易的技术溢出效应与经济增长:文献综述

本文对国内外关于进口贸易的技术溢出效应与经济增长的理论和实证研究进行了综述和简单的评论。从理论角度看，新贸易理论和新增长理论对进口贸易的技术溢出效应进行了阐释，认为进口贸易作为国际技术溢出渠道，能够间接地促进本国的技术进步。从实证角度看，国内外关于进口贸易的溢出效应对经济增长的作用的实证研究主要是从三个方面展开的：进口贸易溢出效应的存在性检验、进口贸易溢出效应的影响因素分析和进口贸易溢出效应的国别差异研究。大量的实证研究表明进口贸易的技术溢出效应是存在的，但受到进口渗透率、人力资本、贸易开放度、政府管制和国家的经济发展水平等因素的制约。

Technology Spillovers of Import Trade and Economic Growth: A Literature Review

This paper reviews theoretical and empirical study about technology spillovers of international trade and economic growth and gives them simple recommendations.From the view of theory,new trade and growth theories explain the domino effect of spillovers of import trade and consider that as a channel of technology spillover,import trade can indirectly promote domestic technology.Empirically,foreign and domestic literatures mainly study technology spillovers of import trade and their contribution to domestic growth from three aspects: testing the existence of technology spillovers of import trade,analyzing the factors which affect the effect of import technology spillovers and studying national different effect of import technology spillovers.Great many of empirical analysis show that technology spillovers of international trade exist,but they are influenced by some factors,such as import penetration rate,human capital,trade openness,governance and level of country's economic development.
