| 摘 要： | 根据图书馆的主要社会职能,阐述图书馆在城市建设发展中的地位与作用,并从加快市政建设,影响城市环境;提高市民素质、改善生活质量,提升城市文明程度;提高劳动者素质、推动科技创新促进城市经济发展;坚持公平服务原则、加强社区服务促进城市和谐发展和打造服务品牌提高城市知名度五个方面论述图书馆对城市建设发展的贡献。
