民营企业人力资源管理问题与对策

摘    要:改革开放以来,我国民营企业得到了长足发展,已成为我国经济发展新的增长点。但民营企业在其发展过程中也遇到了一些问题,尤其是人力资源管理问题,已成为制约民营企业发展的瓶颈。因此,如何提高民营企业人力资源的管理水平,是当前我国民营企业发展亟须解决的重大问题。

Abstract:Since economic reform and opening up, private enterprises in China have been greatly developed and become a new growing factor of Chinese economic development. Nevertheless, some problems have appeared along with the development of private enterprises, especially the problems of human resources management have become a hindrance of the development. Thus, how to improve human resources management is a primary issue that needs to be solved urgently.
