国内外数字治理研究的横向分野与纵向演进——基于文献计量和知识图谱分析

借助文献计量和知识图谱分析，本研究有序呈现了国内外数字治理研究的主题和趋势。从横向主题看，国外研究主要从资源、技术、规范和组织等要素视角解构数字治理，国内研究则从思想、制度和技术等整体层面对具体问题进行分析；从纵向演进看，国外文献呈现出从概念转向应用、理念转向技术、系统转向要素、低维转向高维等特性，国内文献表现为应然与实然的反复、宏观至微观的下沉、单一向多元的牵转、城市到乡村的扩散。该结论可启示国内数字治理研究，从而推动国家治理能力建设。

Horizontal Division and Vertical Evolution of Digital Governance and its Comparison between China and Foreign Countries: Based on Bibliometrics and Knowledge Map Analysis

This paper presents the themes and trends of domestic and foreign digital governance research with the help of bibliometric and knowledge mapping analysis methods and tools, which can help promote the modernization of national governance capacity. It is found that in terms of research themes, foreign digital governance research mainly deconstructs digital governance from the perspective such as resources, technologies, norms and organizations, while domestic research mainly analyzes specific issues at the overall level of ideas, systems and technologies; in terms of research trends, foreign literature shows the characteristics such as shifting from concepts to applications, from ideas to technologies, from systems to elements, and from low-dimensional to high-dimensional, while domestic literature mainly shows a recurrence of contingency and reality, a sinking from macro to micro, a shift from single to multiple, and a proliferation from urban to rural. The above findings bring useful insights to domestic digital governance research and provide a more specific research direction.
