| 摘 要： | 兴办农民合作组织是创新农村经营体制、促进农村经济发展的必然选择。目前,我国农民专业合作社的发展呈现涉及领域广、运行机制活、增收效果好等特点。但是,其在发展中也面临着合作社的成员覆盖面不广、经营规模不大、管理不规范、专业化水平不高等许多问题,急需各级政府明确责任,引导和支持农业合作社组织的发展,建立高效生态的现代农业,让农村经济焕发活力。
