论全面推进农村小康社会建设

我国新世纪“全面建设小康社会”的奋斗目标和纲领,是邓小平“小康”思想的进一步丰富和发展。从目前的经济发展和人们生活水平来看,离全面建设小康社会目标最远的主要是农民,全面建设小康社会的重点和难点在农村。在我国农村,全面建设农村小康社会应从政治、经济、文化和可持续发展等方面全面推进。

On All-round Construction Advancement of Comfortable Rural Society

Objective of the struggle and guiding principle of " well-off societyof comprehensive construction " in the new century of our country is the enriching and developing furtherly of Deng Xiaoping's " well-to-do level " thought. According to present economic development and people's living standard, the one farthest from the goal of well-off society of comprehensive construction is mainly peasants, the focal point of the well-off society of comprehensive construction and difficult point are in the countryside. In the countryside of our country , building the rural well-off society should move forward from such respects as the politics , economy , culture and sustainable development ,etc.
