摘    要:基于马克思提出的交往理论,论证了高速铁路全社会价值的形成根源,即凭借安全、快捷、网络化等优势实现的社会交往改善,并提出了"交往-生产"循环下高速铁路全社会价值的作用机理。借助系统动力学测算出高速铁路的运行速度从300km/h提高至350km/h可促使GDP增加近3%,将高速铁路的开行对数增加100对可促使GDP增加2%以上。因此,适当提高高速铁路的运行速度、增开列数有助于充分发挥高速铁路的全社会价值。

Abstract:Based on the communication theory,this paper analyzes the origin of whole society value of high-speed railway(HSR),that is the im-provement of social communication brought by its safety,convenience,networking and other advantages.And it proposes the effect mechanism of HSR's whole society value in the communication & production circulation.Then it uses the system dynamics to simulate the process of high-speed railway improving communication and its outcomes under existing production condition.According to the calculation,increasing its speed from 300km/h to 350km/h will contribute to the GDP growth of 3 percent.Increasing the operation times of high-speed railway by 100 can con-tribute to the GDP growth of 2 percent.Therefore,increasing speed and operation times of high-speed railway helps to utilize the whole society value of high-speed railway fully.
