| 摘 要： | 中国以及西方思想界、经济管理学界在长期发展过程中，提出了极为丰富的人性假设理论，并在此基础上形成了不同的管理沟通理论。本文在归纳比较中西方人性假设的基础上，从多样性的角度给出了中西方相对应的管理沟通理论与观念的综述，并阐述了人性假设对相关组织管理与沟通观念的重要影响。
