基于人性假设的中西方管理沟通理论综述

摘    要:中国以及西方思想界、经济管理学界在长期发展过程中,提出了极为丰富的人性假设理论,并在此基础上形成了不同的管理沟通理论。本文在归纳比较中西方人性假设的基础上,从多样性的角度给出了中西方相对应的管理沟通理论与观念的综述,并阐述了人性假设对相关组织管理与沟通观念的重要影响。

Abstract:Chinese and Western thinkers proposed many kinds of human hypothesis theories, and that formed the basis of the different Managerial communication theory. This paper reviews the management communication theories and concepts based on the comparison between with human Hypothesis of Western world and Chinese, and summarizes the influence of management communication concepts based on different Hypoth- esis theory.
