我国企业道德的缺失与重塑

在市场经济条件下,由于企业道德责任意识淡薄、消费者维权难度较大、国家法律法规不健全、市场经济体制不完善等原因,导致我国企业道德缺失问题十分严重。不道德的企业行为是经济健康发展和社会和谐进步的消极和破坏力量。因此,要从提高企业道德自律意识,健全法律法规,发挥社会舆论导向和政府监督作用等方面入手,加强企业道德建设,重塑企业形象。

Discussion on the Absence and Reshaping of Corporate Moral in China

Owing to the weak consciousness of corporate moral responsibility,difficult protection of consumer rights,unsound national laws and regulations,imperfect market economic system,the absence of our state corporate moral is a serious problem in market economy conditions.Immoral corporate behavior is the negative and destructive force to the healthy economic development and harmonious social progress.Thus,we should strengthen the building of corporate moral and reshape the corporate image by raising awareness of corporate moral and self-discipline,improving the laws and regulations,playing the role of social public opinion and government oversight,etc.
