| 摘 要： | 在遏制固定资产投资增长过快过程中，土地宏观调控和控制银行信贷是两大主要手段。土地宏观调控是一项系统工程，需要实现多重目标。本文主要探讨在多目标约束下，土地宏观调控的政策措施，特别是在优化土地供应结构、细化调控手法方面，提出了建设性的意见。

| Abstract: | During decelerating rising speed of capital asserts investment, land macro-regulation and decreasing credit loan are two important methods. Land macro-regulation is a systemic work, which need realize multi-objective. The article mainly discusses the politic measures of land macro-regulation restricted by multi-objective, especially on optimizing land provision structure and elaborating skills of land regulation which are constructive. |
