摘 要: | 温家宝总理在2010年第十一届全国人大三次会议上所作的《政府工作报告》中强调,全面实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略的第三方面任务就是要加快人才资源开发。人力资源管理中的绩效考核是人才开发、培养、使用的关键环节,文章论述了目前绩效考核工作中存在的一些误区,并认为有必要进行规避。

Abstract: | Premier Wen Jiabao stresses that to fulfill the strategy of rejuvenating our country through science and education and the third task of reinvigorating our country through human resource development must expedite the development of human resources on"2010 Government Work Report"issued on the 3rd Session of the 11th National People s Congress.In this case,performance appraisal in human resources management is the key link to talent development,cultivation and utilization. The article elaborates some misunderstandings in performance appraisal work at present,which needs to be avoided. |
