| 摘 要： | 由于人的有限理性和外部环境的复杂多变,现实中的契约应当是不完全的.人力资本所有者的行为受到契约的影响.在资本所有者拥有企业所有权时,人力资本所有者的敲竹杠行为频频发生;在资本所有者与人力资本所有者共同拥有企业所有权时,人力资本所有者的敲竹杠行为相对弱化;人力资本所有者完全拥有企业所有权时,其敲竹杠行为完全消失.

| Abstract: | Because of the limited rational and complex changes,the contract should be incomplete.The behavior of human capital is influenced by the contract.When capital owner possesses enterprise,the human capital owner usually can fleece;When capital owner possesses enterprise together with human capital owner,the human capital owner's fleece behavior relatively reduces;when the human capital owner possesses enterprise completely,the owner's fleece behavior should disappear completely. |
