| 摘 要： | 在日前结束的十届全国人大第五次全体会议发表的政府工作报告中,国务院总理温家宝充分肯定了房地产业在我国国民经济中的重要作用,并且明确指出了今后我国房地产行业调控和发展的方向,从而使我国此轮房地产宏观调控真正进入了战略转型和理性发展的新时期。本文从新时期房地产业发展面临的主要挑战,调控的相关举措和发展的相关动力三个方面进行研究和阐述,供政府、企业等相关人士参考。

| Abstract: | Few days ago,in the government report which is announced in National People's Congress fifth plenary session,State Council premier WenJiaBao fully confirmed that real estate industry takes a important role in the improvement of our country national economy.And he indicated the regulation and development direction of our country real estate industry for the future.Thus it pushed current step regulation of our country real estate industry exactly into the new phase of strategy reforming and rational development.This article will carry on the analysis concerning on three points,the main challenge facing,,the regulaive relative action and the power of development,which will conduct the research and the elaboration.For the government,the researcher,and the enterprises and so on the related public figure refers. |
