国际工程项目信息技术体系研究——以卡塔尔大型供水工程E标项目为例

相比于国际上一些知名承包商,我国走出去企业的国际工程管理水平还有一定差距。笔者结合工作经验,从国际工程项目的信息管理入手,分析了当前我国国际工程项目信息技术管理中存在的问题,梳理了国际工程信息管理的要素,构建了国际工程信息管理体系框架,以期为我国工程承包企业提升国际项目管理水平有所裨益。

Research on Document Management System of International Project:Take Qatar large water supply project E as an example

With the continuous implementation of"the Belt and Road Initiatives",most Chinese engineering contracting enterprises are facing more and more challenges on the way of internationalization.Compared to some of the world’s biggest leading contractors,there is a huge gap between our enterprises and leading contractors on the level of international project management.Based on the experience of project management,author analysis current existing document control problems in international project,sort out the elements of document control management and set up a framework for document control management,expect to help improve the level of international project management for our engineering contracting enterprises.
