| 摘 要： | 全球服务外包向发展中国家转移趋势明显,而中国是重要的承接地。通过国际比较可知,中国的服务外包发展相对滞后,要提升中国服务外包竞争力,企业要提升自身竞争力和人力资本水平,行业应积极拓展市场,拓展行业协会服务领域,政府应该加大基础设施建设和服务外包基地建设。
