| 摘 要： | 基于创新效用的角度,采用综合指数评价法和层次分析法,从创新投入、创新产出和创新环境3个维度构建了我国高技术服务业服务创新能力评价指标体系。基于该评价指标体系,对2008年北京市高技术服务业的服务创新能力进行评价,以验证其信度和效度。根据评价结果,提出提升北京市高技术服务业的服务创新能力的策略。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of composite index evaluation and analytic hierarchy process,this paper builds up the evaluation index system of service innovation capability of China＇s high-tech service industry from the perspective of innovation performance which includes three dimen- sions,namely innovation input,innovation output and innovation environment. Through evaluating the service innovation capability of high-tech service industry in Beijing,it verifies the reliability and validity of this evaluation index system. According to the evaluation result,it puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve the service innovation capability of Beijing＇s high-tech service industry. |
