| 摘 要： | 以2009—2012年我国创业板的科技型中小上市企业为研究样本,通过线性回归分析,实证研究了有效专利权数量和商标权数量与企业后续经营业绩的相关关系。研究结果显示:有效专利权数与企业后续经营业绩显著正相关,但回归系数较低,说明有效专利权数在提高企业经营业绩方面的作用有限;有效商标权数与企业后续经营业绩不显著相关。

| Abstract: | Taking the small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises listed on the GEM of China as the research example,this paper empirically studies the correlations between the numbers of patent right and trademark right and the operating performance through the linear regression a- nalysis. The result shows as follows：enterprise＇s patents right number is positively related to subsequent operating performance, but low regression coefficient shows a limited role in improving the enhancing of operating performance; there is no significant correlation between enterpriset s trademark right number and subsequent operating performance. |
