| 摘 要： | 土木工程施工项目管理是施工建设质量的有效保障,加强土木工程施工项目的质量管理有利于保证工程的建设质量、建设时间、建设水平,进而使工程能够有序的、合理的、科学的进行。本文通过对土木工程施工项目质量管理的研究,总结经验方法,提出了其质量管理的有效措施,以便使建设者有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | Civil engineering construction project management is the effective guarantee for construction quality. Enhancing quality management of construction project could help assure construction quality, construction time, construction level, and thus enable the construction can go ahead orderly, rationally and scientifically. Based on the research of project quality management in civil engineering construction, lessons and effective measures are summarized and effective measures are put forward in order to provide reference for builders. |
