基于判别分析的重庆市忠县农村土地流转市场化阶段评估

我国农村土地流转工作已经普遍展开，以市场作为农地资源的配置方式是必然选择。该文在构建指标体系的基础上，以农村土地流转市场化发育程度不同的三类区域分别作为初级、中级、高级阶段的标准，构建了农村土地流转市场化阶段判别函数，对研究区域农村土地流转市场化进程进行相对阶段判别分析。经过分析得出，当前重庆市忠县农村土地流转市场化尚处于初级阶段，市场化程度较低。提出建立农村土地交易市场，培育农村土地流转中介机构、明晰农地产权关系等建议。

Based on Discriminant Analysis in Chongqing Zhongxian County Rural Land Marketization Assessment

China＇s rural land transfer has been widespread, the establishment of a socialist market economy in which rural land resources are primarily allocated is inevitable.On the basis of buliding the index system, the marketization evaluating function of rural land transfer was established. After analysis, the result shows that the development grade of the market in the rural land transfer is still in the initial stage, a land transfer intermediate station should be set up as soon as possible, the property right should be made definite.
